With lots of time on my hands, I was thinking what should I do during winter break. Here is some goals and ideas so far and drum roll please…
Goals For Winter Break
Main Goal:
[ ] Lose 20 – 30 pounds
To accomplish this I came up with a training menu. The menu consist of morning and afternoon practice that will be effect tomorrow December 15 2008.
Morning Menu:
Warm Up Stretches
1 Mile run
30 Sit ups
30 Judo push ups
30 Jumping squats
5 100m dashes
Evening Menu:
Warm Up Stretches
Side to Side Running
Forward Running
Backward Running
Dash Running
Tennis Goals:
[ ] 10 Consecutive hits down the alley
[ ] 10 Consecutive cross court hits
[ ] Serve 5 consecutive power serves on both sides
[ ] Serve 5 consecutive slice serves on both sides
I decided to take up tennis again.
Guitar Goals
[ ] Transition from C – F – Am – G – F Chord
[ ] Transition from Em – C – Em – G – D – E – C Chord
[ ] Get down the F Chord
[ ] Overall improve some how…
Sadly, I always see my guitar laying around in my room and it makes me sad that I haven’t been play with it. So I decided that I should set some goals over winter break to improve myself.
Others:
[ ] 24 Hour Smash Marathon
[ ] Trip to SD
I am hoping to accomplish all of this by the end of winter break. With much luck and hard work I will be able to finish half if not all.
